  • Goal 1: Create brochures for fixed-term contract workers on the system such as childcare leave, distribute them to fixed-term contract workers and managerial staff, and publicize the system.

    • Jun, 2018~ Consider questionnaires to employees
    • 2018~  Creation and distribution of pamphlets concerning the system, training for fixed-term contract workers and managerial staff, announcement to all employees through in-house press magazines etc.

    Target 2: Introduce a short-time work system similar to regular employees that can be used when a fixed-term contract worker with a child before elementary school enrollment wishes by December, 2018.

    • September, 2018~ Questionnaire survey for employees, start examination
    • December, 2018~ Introduction of institution, announcement to all employees by internal press magazine etc.

    Goal 3: The annual paid vacation days of all employees including fixed term contract workers shall be an average of 10 days or more per person per year.

    • July, 2018~ Understand the acquisition situation of annual paid holidays
    • August, 2018~ Take manager’s training three times during the planning period for planned acquisition.
    • July, 2018~ Establish annual paid vacation acquisition plan for each department
